Blueberry Muffins



 Blueberry muffins are one of my favorite breakfast staples! They are portable and delicious. However, they are typically made with dairy, and with my new journey of trying to be dairy-free, that means I usually can not buy them at a store or bakery.

With this thought in mind, I was on the hunt to make the perfect blueberry muffins that weren't labor-intensive.

I even made them gluten-free! Of course, you can use regular flour if you choose. I also decided to use a flax egg instead of a regular egg and oat milk instead of regular milk. If you don't prefer these alternatives or don't have them on hand feel free to just use regular eggs and/or regular milk.

I also thought it would be fun to make these with other fruits such as blackberries or even dairy-free chocolate chips.
