Another Take on Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

Cauliflower is one of my favorite ingredients to keep in stock. I love cauliflower, not only because it is so delicious and also good for you but also because it is so versatile.

I use cauliflower in my smoothies, I pulse it in my VitaMix to make cauliflower rice, and sometimes I have even turned it into a cauliflower "ChickFila" sandwich.

With having so much cauliflower on hand, I realized I needed a great go-to recipe for when I had leftovers, and this is that recipe. 

I do have a delicious chipotle buffalo cauliflower taco recipe that is a bit more involved than this one. It's great if you have a bit more time available and are looking for a "meatier" tasting cauliflower.

 This recipe though is seriously the most basic of basic recipes. I developed it for those times when you open your freezer and you realize you have a pack of frozen cauliflower, you are starving, and you don't feel like cooking yet you still want something very yummy to eat.
