If you follow my instagram page ( *hint hint*) you will know how much I love a good burger, especially a black bean one. Since restarting my meatless journey I have gone to many restaurants on the hunt for the perfect burger. Think more thick and hearty and less mushy. I absolutely hate a mushy consistency.

As important as texture is, it is equally as important for it not to be labor intensive. Let's be honest, for the majority of us, if a recipe is too many ingredients or takes too much time then we are just going to buy it!

That's why I love this recipe because it is so simple. Literally only 3 ingredients and no food processor is needed!
