I love candy, especially candy that is chocolate coated. Having candy bars on the checkout line at a grocery store aisle ,was invented for people like me! I am by no means an impulse shopper unless it comes to chocolate, that is my guaranteed weakness!!
When trying to choose healthier options the strong desire that pulls me toward candy has to filled, ignoring it is not an option. That's why I love recipes like this one. It's simple, you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry at home and it absolutely guilt free!

HEALTHY SNICKERS BAR

Ingredients
- 7 MEDJOOL DATES
- 4 TBS PEANUT BUTTER
- 4 TBS MELTED CHOCOALATE
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED NUTS (PEANUTS, WALNUTS, OR ALMONDS)
Instructions
- CUT AND OPENING IN DATES RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE
- FILL EACH DATE WITH PEANUT BUTTER THEN NUTS
- DRIZZLE OR DIP DATE IN CHOCOALTE
- FREEZE FOR 30MINS
- ENJOY!
