Instead of spending $7 on oat flour try this hack!

As I dive deeper into the world of Gluten Free baking I have found alternative flours to be its own special beast and also extremely expensive.

Depending on what you are baking you may choose to use a 1 to 1 Gluten Free flour, Almond flour, Oat flour, or even Chickpea flour!

These flours are somewhat in trend and the prices at the grocery stores often reflect that. They love to slap on terms like “artisan” before the word flour which seriously just means more $$$.

Unfortunately when prices are high especially compared to the small quantity you are receiving, it can often stifle your creative desire to try and experiment with these delicious white flour alternatives.

Well, NO MORE!!! This hack will have you making oat flour goodies at your hearts content. One thing to note, oats are naturally gluten free but can be processed in a plant that also processes gluten. Depending on your intolerance or allergy towards gluten, you may want to purchase certified gluten free oats.
