 If you have been reading my blog for a while or you follow me on instagram, than you may have noticed my particular love for vegetarian and vegan burgers! 

I am a strong advocate for variety and I feel that when it comes to burgers there are endless ways to create, cook, and dress them. This is the reason why you will find hamburger joints all across the globe, multiple ones on a single block and people are willing to pay .99 cent for the same two buns with a patty in between that they will pay $20.00 for at another establishment. 

Everyone has their own interpretation of what the perfect burger is. I personally like a patty that is thick, full of flavor (don't you dare give me a dry patty!!), and juicy. 

I tackled a black bean burger before and even though it is still an amazing recipe and it's only 3 ingredients, I feel like this one brings a different perspective to the table.

Also, after cooking this patty you can freeze any leftovers to enjoy at a later time.
